He began his career in Europe’s top hotels before becoming Managing Director of The Arts Club, transforming it into one of London’s most exclusive destinations.

 

In 2014, he acquired L’Escargot, the city’s oldest French restaurant, where he continues to uphold its fine dining tradition with contemporary flair. A perfectionist in every detail, Brian is admired for his taste, warmth, and commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Their new Mayfair restaurant opened in July 2025.Our company has been entrusted with the full management of their Chinese social media presence.
